The Outer Courts Are Not Enough

The Outer Courts are Not Enough
The walk through of the Replica of the Tabernacle followed the Sunday worship at Saddleback was surely an unusual worship experience today. It is indeed an uncommon, fresh, anew and unexpectedly satisfying spiritual enlightenment.

This song speaks my heart…
And yes, every worship experience should take our soul deeper and closer to God…

I used to be satisfied to behold You from a distance
Just a glimpse of Your glory was okay
I used to be satisfied just to hear Your voice every now and then
To make my sacrifice and go my way
But something stirred my cold, dry heart
Everything is different now (2x)

The outer courts are not enough
The outer courts are not enough
The outer courts are not enough anymore! (2x)

Take me in, take me deeper
Take me into Your chamber
Take me in to the center
Of Your All Consuming Fire
Take me in…

Beyond the veil, I have to see Your face
Beyond the veil, In the secret place
Take me in
